These terms govern use of the SmartHawk website and platform. By using the platform you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.

The service

SmartHawk provides audit, CAPA and quality-management software. Your organisation retains ownership of all data it creates in the platform; we operate it on your behalf.

Acceptable use

Use the platform only for lawful quality and compliance work. Don't attempt to access other tenants' data, probe the service's security, or resell access without an agreement.

AI outputs

AI-drafted content is a starting point that always cites its sources. A qualified person in your organisation remains responsible for reviewing and approving records before regulatory use.

Intellectual property

The SmartHawk name, logo and tagline, and all platform software, are the property of their owner. The logo artwork is original work created for this brand.
