SmartHawk (“we”, “us”) provides a quality & compliance platform for regulated industries. This policy describes how we handle information on this website and in the platform.

What we collect

On this website we collect only what you choose to send us (for example, a demo request by email). In the platform, we process the audit, document and quality records that your organisation creates, solely to provide the service to your organisation.

How we use it

Customer data is used to operate the platform, never sold. AI features process your content to produce drafts and summaries for your own tenant; improvements from usage signals (accepted / edited / rejected dispositions) are applied only with your organisation's consent.

Security & retention

Tenant data is isolated per organisation, protected by role-based access control, and every change is recorded in an immutable audit trail. Data is retained for as long as your agreement with us requires, then deleted.
